It’s MBS3 on the 24th!

There’s just so many things to look forward to this October, and one of them is the 3rd Mindanao Bloggers Summit.

This year’s theme, “Mindanao Bag-uhon ang Panan-aw” or “Changing the way people see Mindanao aims to uphold Mindanao through the nice things and places it has to offer and expunge the negative notions the world has about it. -MBS3 site

MBS3 participants will definitely have a blast. There’ll be interesting talks, bloggers from Manila and Cebu will be coming over,  Adel Tamano will be present, and the US Embassy dignitary, Leslie A. Bassett, will also be gracing the event.  To cap off the day, the Philippine Blog Awards – Mindanao and the Globe After Party will follow right after the summit.  Oh, I heard dinner’s on the PBA peeps.  Yay!

But wait… There’s more!

MBS3 doesn’t end on the 24th. The CDO Bloggers have prepared another treat for everybody. Upon filling up the MBS3 Registration Form you will be asked to choose between City Tour and White Water Rafting.

I would love to try out white water rafting, but I’m on a shoestring budget.  I’ll go for the city tour instead.  This will include trips to  Xavier University Museum, Cathedral Church, Divine Mercy Shrine, Opol Aviary, and Limketkai Mall—not bad eh?  Looking at the bright side,  I can take photos of the shrine and birds.
